• Year-to-date Comparable EBITDA and Q3 2024 Comparable EBITDA increased by 7% and 6%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. This contributed to a reduction in the net debt-to-Comparable EBITDA ratio to 2.6x, down from 3.3x a year ago.

• Axtel achieved the Palo Alto Networks MSSP Specialization due to its capabilities in delivering managed cybersecurity services, utilizing AI and machine learning to expand coverage within its clients’ networks.
• With the goal of expanding the penetration of cybersecurity services into other industries, Axtel formed a strategic alliance with SPLUNK to manage its portfolio of cybersecurity intelligence, visibility, and threat response through a single platform.
• During the quarter, Veritas Technologies recognized Axtel as a Top Managed Services Provider (TOP MSP) in northern Latin America.
• Axtel introduced Oracle Cloud as a managed service, adding another option to its multicloud strategy and complementing its existing offerings of AWS and Microsoft Azure.

• During the year, Axtel has acquired 30.6 million AXTELCPOs at an average price of Ps. $1.34.
• Following the publication of this report, the company will resume its stock buyback program, as it considers that the AXTELCPO price does not reflect the company’s improved performance.
• Axtel enters a Quiet Period seven days before the close of each quarter.
• The Q4 2024 Quiet Period will begin on December 24, 2024.
